  1. How to use this CD-ROM:
  2. This file is meant to be used by both PC and MAC users.
  3. The contents of ths CD-ROM:
  4. Copyright 1992 Political Publishing Company and Wayzata Technology.

  6. For Macintosh:
  7.     Open the MAC folder by double clicking on it.
  8.     Double Click on the "readme.txt" in that folder, or "winning.txt"
  9.     to get more information about how to use this disk.
  10.     Quick Start: double click on the "ALL_THE_BOOKS.CTL" or any other
  11.     "*.CTL" file to use TextWare to access the text.
  12.     (ALL_THE_BOOKS.CTL Does not contain the Federal Budget.)

  14.     Please read the readme.txt and winning.txt in the "MAC" directory.

  17. For PC:
  18.     If you have a VGA monitor type "VGA", if you have a Hercules
  19.     Monochrome monitor, type "HERC".  All others type "HERC", but 
  20.     you may not be able to access the images with something other 
  21.     than VGA or Hercules monitors.  See the M.BAT and M.HLP files 
  22.     in the PC directory for more information.  If you need assistance 
  23.     please call Wayzata's Technical Support number at (800) 377-7321.
